Bikram yoga - exercises on +38 for weight loss and detoxification

Bikram yoga is a type of yoga that is based on the classic exercises designed by Bikram Choudhury. Trainings, which are first became popular 70-ies, lasting a total of 90 minutes, and consist of 26 different poses and two breathing exercises.
