Want to be healthy? Exercise outdoors

About 75 percent of Europe's population lives in urban areas and would therefore need to invest more effort in re-connecting people with nature

Exercising outdoors has really positive effect on mental and physical condition and this is confirmed by the research team of scientists from the College of Medicine and Dentistry Peninsula from Great Britain and the European Centre for Environment and Human Health (ECEHH) who came to this conclusion by analyzing the effects of exercise in the open and indoors. The study involved 833 adult volunteers. All participants said they enjoy more and are generally more satisfied when you exercise outdoors and add to sporting activities before repeated in the open than in closed, according to an official statement of the College.

Exercising outdoors is associated with a stronger sense of revitalization, increasing energy and positive thinking, relaxation, reduction of confusion, anger and depression. In other words, people who are engaged in physical activity outdoors are healthier than others. Michael Depledge, one of the researchers, said that about 75 percent of Europe's population lives in urban areas and would therefore need to invest more effort in re-connecting people with nature.

  1. Exercising outdoors is also not a very big deal dear all you need to take care is of the workout gear you are using. Wrong gears can also lead to some injury or maybe bad health as well sometimes. Anyway, thanks for sharing your tips here.
